Our £100/hour rate applies exclusively to self-funded independent creators - those financing their own projects without support from a company, brand, sponsor, or production agency. We also offer optional equipment and services as add-ons, most of which are charged per session, not per hour — so filming multiple episodes in one booking is often the most cost-effective option. An engineer is included to handle all technical aspects of your session. We’ll set up the cameras, lighting, and audio before you begin. Once recording starts, your podcast will run smoothly, uninterrupted, and in complete privacy, with no monitoring during the session. When you're finished, simply press the provided call button — we'll return to power everything down and securely transfer your files. If you require additional support during the session — such as adjusting camera angles, starting and stopping recordings for short-form content, or actively monitoring audio and video — this would be covered under our videography service, please contact us for a tailored quote.

You're welcome to record as many podcasts as you'd like during your booked time. Please ensure your booking includes enough time to arrive, grab a coffee, settle in, and take breaks. All setup, tech checks, and wrap-up (including file transfers and packing up) must be completed within your reserved time. We recommend setting aside 15 minutes at the beginning for a quick tech check and another 15 minutes at the end to wrap up and transfer files. To get the best value from your session, consider filming multiple episodes in a single booking, especially if you're adding any extras, as add-ons are charged per booking rather than per hour. You’re welcome to bring different outfits so each episode can look like it was filmed on a different day.

Our default setup includes an armchair and a sofa. Prefer a different arrangement - like two armchairs or a table setup? We can customise it for you. A £100 flat fee per session applies, covering the time needed for two team members to reconfigure furniture and equipment before and after your booking. Book a longer session and record multiple episodes in one go. Everything will be prepared when you arrive and reset after you leave.

We’ll handle all the equipment and your chosen furniture setup - all you need to do is show up and speak. File transfer After your session, you’ll receive the unedited materials (unless you’ve opted in to our editing service): 1. Footage from Camera 1 2. Footage from Camera 2 3. A mixed audio track and separate audio files from each mic 4. Footage from Camera 3 will be provided if you opt in for the wide-angle add-on. Bring an external SSD for fast, free file delivery. Not sure which SSD to bring? Just ask - we’re happy to recommend the best option for you! Forgot your drive? No worries! You can purchase a 1TB SSD from us or opt for a Same-Day WeTransfer Upload. Teleprompter We’ll provide a teleprompter mount and remote. To save time on set, we recommend bringing your own iPad with the free Neewer app already installed. No iPad? No problem - we can provide one at no extra cost. Refreshments. We provide filtered tap water, sparkling tap water, a selection of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, sugar, and biscuits.
