What’s included in the £100/hour rate? And how much does editing cost?Our £100/hour rate applies exclusively to self-funded independent podcasters who finance their own projects without support from a company, brand, sponsor, or production agency. Booking on behalf of a company or brand? Get in touch for a bespoke package tailored to your brief (from £3,500+) £100/hr production rate covers full professional podcast filming and audio capture. Post-production is charged separately at £300. This includes transcription, editing, two rounds of revisions, colour correction, and a sound mix. You're very welcome to use your own editor or handle the editing yourself if you prefer. Additional services (quoted separately): – Live editing & live streaming – Remote guest recording via Riverside Optional extras: 🛋️ Furniture & kit reconfiguration – £100 🎥 Wide-angle camera – £100 per session 📄 Teleprompter – £120 per session 🌐 WeTransfer file upload – £50 🎤 Clip-on lavalier mics – £35 per mic, per session

How many hours do I need?You're welcome to record as many podcasts as you'd like during your booked time. Please allow time to arrive, grab a coffee, settle in, and take breaks. We recommend setting aside around 15 minutes at the start for a quick tech check (camera angles and audio) and another 15 minutes at the end to pack up and transfer files.

Anything I should know before I book?This setup is fully equipped for high-quality PODCAST recording. Listed rates apply to SELF-FUNDED PODCASTERS. Accommodates up to 3 people No smoking or vaping Two resident cats are kept in a separate room — no other pets are allowed CCTV operates in all common areas (not in bathrooms) Use of external equipment is not permitted We do not work with projects involving: Pornographic or sexually explicit content Promotion of gambling, betting, or casino platforms Hate speech or discriminatory content Recording content for AI training or synthetic media production

Will everything be set up for me, or do I need to prepare anything in advance?We’ll handle all the equipment and your chosen furniture setup - all you need to do is show up and speak. File transfer Bring an external SSD for fast, free file delivery. You’ll receive multitrack audio and separate video files. Not sure which SSD to bring? Just ask — we’re happy to recommend the best option for you! Forgot your drive? No worries! You can purchase a 1TB SSD from us or opt for a Same-Day WeTransfer Upload. Refreshments. We provide filtered tap water, sparkling tap water, a selection of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, sugar, and biscuits. You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. Any questions?
